Welcome to Shree Mahakaleshwar Bhakta Niwas. By accessing our website, filling out our inquiry forms, or booking an accommodation with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your booking.

1. Status of the Accommodation

Shree Mahakaleshwar Bhakta Niwas is an independently operated premium private guest house/hotel. We are NOT directly affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or officially connected with the official Shri Mahakaleshwar Temple Management Committee (SZSS) or any government-managed religious trust. Our services are managed entirely by our own private administration.

2. Booking and Inquiry Process

• The online form on this website is a Quick Booking Inquiry Form to check real-time availability and does not constitute a confirmed final reservation until officially verified by our team.
• Upon receiving your inquiry, our team will communicate room status, final tariffs, and confirmation parameters directly via WhatsApp or Call (+91 8418087076).
• Guests must ensure all details entered (Name, Contact Number, Dates) are accurate to avoid discrepancies.

3. Check-In and Check-Out Policy

• Standard Check-In Time: 12:00 PM
• Standard Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may incur additional charges as per management policy.
• As per local administration norms, all adult guests must present a valid Government-approved photo ID (Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID, or Passport) at the time of physical check-in.

4. Tariff and Payment Parameters

The standard indicative rates for our divine accommodations are listed as follows (subject to seasonal variation and festival rush):

• Executive AC Room: ₹1,500 / Night
• Family Suite: ₹3,000 / Night
• Deluxe Triple Bed: ₹3,500 / Night

Payments must be finalized through the official methods verified by our desk during communication. Any payments made outside of our specified channels will not be recognized.

5. Premises Code of Conduct (Pure Veg Environment)

To honor the sanctity of the holy city of Ujjain and the spiritual nature of our establishment, the following regulations are strictly enforced inside the premises:

• Only 100% pure vegetarian (Sattvic) consumption is permitted within the guest house parameters.
• Consumption of alcohol, tobacco products, smoking, or any intoxicating substances is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and common areas.
• Management reserves the absolute right to refuse entry or terminate the stay of any guest whose conduct violates local peace, temple corridor protocols, or property regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we provide secure, high-end private arrangements and dedicated parking spaces, guests are responsible for their personal belongings, valuable ornaments, and private vehicles. The management shall not be held liable for any unforeseen loss, theft, or damages beyond our direct control.

7. Modifications to Services and Terms

The management reserves the right to modify property pricing, room specifications, visual media, and these Terms & Conditions at any given point without prior notification to optimize operational efficiency.

8. Jurisdiction

Any legal disputes, structural claims, or operational disagreements arising out of bookings or website utilization shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh.
