4. Property Damage & Liability Boundaries
Guests are expected to treat the property's assets and tech structures with complete responsibility:
- Any broken electronics, torn premium linens, sanitary damages, or permanent paint stains caused during the stay will be charged directly to the primary occupant during billing assessments.
- Guests are entirely responsible for their personal gold ornaments, high-value gadgets, and cash funds. The management is not legally accountable for any personal losses inside the property.
