Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because we manage limited private inventory near the Mahakal Lok Corridor, the following booking cancellation and refund terms apply to all updates made via our property parameters.

1. Cancellation Timeline and Slabs

If you need to cancel your booking, the refund dynamic depends strictly on the window time before your scheduled check-in date (12:00 PM standard base line):

• 7 Days or More Before Check-In: 100% full refund of the advance token amount paid (minus standard minimal banking processing charges, if applicable).
• 3 to 6 Days Before Check-In: 50% refund of the advance payment received will be issued, or you can opt for free rescheduling (subject to operational room availability).
• Less Than 72 Hours Before Check-In / No Show: No refund will be provided for late notice cancellations or failure to arrive at the guest house desk.

2. Festival Rush and Special Shahi Sawari Protocol

Tariff slabs and block dates during high-demand religious periods—such as Maha Shivratri, Sawana Month, Shahi Sawari days, and major national holidays—are subject to heavy pre-bookings. For these specific premium calendar periods, advance payments are completely non-refundable and non-transferable, as rooms are blocked exclusively blocking other devotees.

3. Date Rescheduling Policy

We understand that travel plans for darshan can change due to train or transit variations. You can request a change in your check-in date up to 48 hours prior to arrival by calling our desk directly at +91 8418087076. Rescheduling is complimentary but entirely subject to vacant inventory slots for the new requested dates.

4. Early Check-Out Parameters

If a guest decides to shorten their stay or check out early after physically checking into the property premises, the management will not offer any refunds or dynamic balancing credits for the unused remaining nights.

5. How Refunds Are Processed

Once a qualified cancellation request is structurally verified by our desk, the refund flow operates as follows:

• Refund transactions are returned strictly to the original payment method utilized during the inquiry finalization (UPI, Net Banking, or Account Transfer).
• The standard processing time window for the amount to reflect back in your account is 5 to 7 working business days, conforming to normal banking parameters.

6. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Events)

In rare situations involving administrative restrictions, sudden local temple corridor closure rules, natural calamities, or unforeseen local transit disruptions, the management reserves the option to issue complete booking credit vouchers for future visits instead of direct cash liquidation.
